About the role: We are seeking a proactive and driven business development intern to join our remote team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Make calls, send emails, and follow up with potential leads to schedule meetings
2. Share company proposals, portfolios, and relevant information with prospects
3. Track leads and activities in Excel or a CRM system
4. Send reminders for scheduled meetings and follow-up activities
5. Assist the sales team in closing deals by addressing queries and concerns
6. Maintain accurate records of communication and lead status
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
4. Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Additionally, you should have access to a reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop with necessary software and applications.
