We are seeking a dynamic and motivated business development intern to join our team with a learning attitude in the HR domain
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
2. Conduct market research to discover growth areas
3. Monitor key performance indicators related to business development and recruitment
4. Provide regular progress reports to the management team
5 Follow up with clients for more requirements and payments
Note: This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment/Training domain
