About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Lead Generation:
1. Leverage LinkedIn, targeted industry platforms, and other relevant digital channels to identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients
2. Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to capture attention and initiate conversations
3. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to successful conversion

II. Sales Engagement:
1. Schedule and conduct discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects
2. Present curate consulting's value proposition with a focus on aligning our services to client needs and pain points
3. Address technical questions and concerns, demonstrating a strong understanding of CX and digital transformation concepts

III. Relationship Management:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
2. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate client records
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize messaging for maximum impact

Other requirements

1. We require candidates to coordinate with US leads so late evenings will be needed.

2. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of CX, digital transformation, and/or related technical consulting services.

3. Communication Mastery: An exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders and technical levels.

4. Digital Savvy: Active user of LinkedIn and other professional networks; experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator) is a plus.

5. Relationship Builder: The ability to establish rapport and build trust quickly.
