Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for our company's products.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential markets and consumer needs.
3. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social
media, email marketing, and content creation.
4. Engage with potential B2B clients, including corporate gifting companies, to pitch
the company's Diwali gift packages.
5. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
Requirements:
1. Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a passion for consumer goods.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per sales deal closure).
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our business development team, helping to build and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and expand our customer base.
