About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify potential coaching institutes, teachers, and other content creators for strategic business partnerships
2. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities
3. Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential partners through business pitches, telephonic discussions, and presentations
4. Tailor communication strategies to effectively convey the value proposition of partnering with Prepmat Technologies
5. Facilitate the seamless onboarding process and online registrations for acquired partner accounts
6. Provide guidance and support to partners throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition
7. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, or complaints
8. Promptly address partner queries and provide satisfactory resolutions to maintain partner satisfaction
9. Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with content creators and partners
10. Regularly engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and preferences, and proactively address any challenges or opportunities
11. Manage & explore opportunities to enhance the company & brands presence across all leading & emerging social media platforms
12. Continuously create & promote posts for customer engagement & traction generation
13. Curate advertisement campaigns for customer conversions
14. Handle customer queries & responses
