Job Summary: UpGrad offers a dynamic sales internship aimed at developing your sales and industry knowledge. This role involves intensive product training and hands-on sales experience, requiring direct engagement with potential students.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Participate in training sessions to learn about UpGrad s offerings and sales techniques
2. Achieve key performance indicators: conduct at least 20 counselling sessions and secure 2 admissions within two months
3. Manage leads provided by UpGrad and generate new leads through personal networks
4. Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions with potential students
5. Complete extra work as delegated by team leaders
6. Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to strategy refinements

Duration: 2 months, with potential for extension.

6. Ability to work independently and within a team.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per sale).
