We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business development executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, close deals to achieve sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
1. Identifying, researching and generating potential leads and business opportunities on weekly basis from your remote location.
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients or partners.
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients & responsible for closing the deal.
4. Utilizing social media(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), cold calling, outreaching, email marketing, and other channels to reach out to potential leads.
5. Presenting and demonstrating our range of digital solutions, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to the client's business.
6. Preparing and delivering customized presentations and proposals to potential clients remotely that address client requirements.
7. Negotiating contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets, leveraging virtual negotiation techniques.
8. Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements through virtual channels.
9. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments through remote research and networking.
10. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for ongoing digital needs and solutions.

Other requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships remotely.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of managing your time and workload effectively while working from home.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills in a virtual environment.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, online research, Google Workspace, and CRM software, as well as familiarity with virtual communication tools.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
