About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market Research:
a. Conducting detailed research on pet brands, focusing on non-food pet products such as furniture and accessories
b. Analyzing trends in the pet industry, including market size, growth projections, and key consumer behaviors
2. Competitor Analysis
a. Identifying and assessing competitors in the pet product space, including their product offerings, pricing, and branding strategies
b. Performing SWOT analysis on key competitors based on publicly available data
3. Consumer Insights
a. Studying consumer trends and preferences within the pet industry, especially related to pet furniture and accessories
4. Report Preparation
a. Compiling research findings into a comprehensive report, highlighting key insights, trends, and competitive strategies
b. Presenting findings with supporting data in a well-structured format, using charts, graphs, and summaries
5. Regular Updates
a. Providing weekly progress updates and refining the research approach if needed
