Client Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Client Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

II. Recruitment Coordination:
1. Collaborate with the recruitment team to communicate client needs and priorities
2. Ensure the recruitment team is aligned with the client's expectations regarding positions, candidate profiles, and timelines

III. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the recruitment status and any challenges encountered

IV. Problem-Solving: Act as a mediator to resolve any issues or concerns between the client and candidates or the recruitment team

V. Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and client industries to offer informed recommendations and insights

VI. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and client relations
