Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Sep'24 and 28th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per write-up).
Internship terms explained:
1. To keep your internship status active, you must submit at least 10 articles each month. If you fail to do so, your internship may be suspended.
2. For every additional article beyond the minimum 10 required, you will earn 100 INR per article. This means, if you submit more than 10 articles, you’ll get paid for the extra ones.
3. You will also receive 50% of the ad income generated by your articles for life. This royalty ensures that your content continues to earn for you even after the internship ends.
4. Income example:
a. Suppose you post 100 articles per month for 6 months, making a total of 600 articles.
b. If each article generates 1,000 visitors, that would be 600,000 visitors in total.
c. If the CPM (Cost per thousand impressions) is $1, then the total ad revenue would be $600.
d. You are entitled to 50% of this revenue, meaning you would earn $300 per month from the ad income.
5. Content moderation: All content you submit will be reviewed by a moderator or editor. Articles will only be counted and published after their approval. You must follow the provided standards to ensure your content is accepted.
