Core Backend Development Work From Home Internship

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Core Backend intern with a solid understanding of Node.js, JavaScript, system design, and database design.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Node.js
2. Develop RESTful APIs to support various frontend applications
3. Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability
4. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
7. Debug and resolve technical issues
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript
2. Understanding of system design principles and patterns
3. Experience with database design and management (SQL/NoSQL)
4. Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
5. Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and tools
3. Understanding of microservices architecture
4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

2. This internship requires a commitment from 10 AM to 6 PM IST, 6 days a week
3. This is a remote internship with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
4. Basic skills in backend development are a must
5. We require candidates who are proficient in JavaScript and Node.js
