About the position: Join us as a corporate sales intern at the Art for Humanity Foundation, where you'll play a vital role in driving business development initiatives to foster positive change in society. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to raise awareness and promote financial literacy, mental health, sex education, civic rights, creative endeavors, and innovation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitating daily sales and business development functions
2. Creating a database of prospective clients and connecting to a probable lead through different modes and mediums
3. Contributing to the attainment of specific goals and results for the organization
4. Conducting in-depth research on probable clients
5. Developing probable leads and maintaining a database
6. Schedule financial literacy sessions with the right audience
7. Connecting with probable clients and presenting the organization's offering
8. Managing the monthly target of 10 sessions individually
9. Running the marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness
10. Coordinating with the manager to maintain workflow
REMUNERATION:
INR 10,000: IF MINIMUM 7 SESSIONS TARGET HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED
INR 1000/SESSION: IF LESS THAN 7 SESSIONS, THE TARGET IS ACHIEVED
INR 1000/SESSION (INCENTIVES): FOR EVERY SESSION CONDUCTED, EXCESS TO 10 SESSIONS IN THE MONTH.
TARGET: 10 SESSIONS / MONTHS
