About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop creative and eye-catching designs that align with the company's branding and target audience
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and create designs that meet project objectives
3. Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and meet quality standards
4. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and customer preferences to create designs that are relevant and engaging
5. Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer or creative designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs

2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools

3. Strong creative thinking and design skills with a keen eye for detail

4. Knowledge of printing techniques and materials used in production

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per design).
