As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and courteous assistance via chat support. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information with a personalized touch that embodies our brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in real time through chat platforms to provide assistance and support regarding product inquiries, order status, shipping details, and returns/exchanges.
2. Cultivate a deep understanding of our luxury products, including bags and clothing, to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
3. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, offering timely and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools.
