As a customer experience & relationship management intern at oto.do, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as your effective communication skills, will be crucial in delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with customers through various communication channels to address their inquiries and concerns.
2. Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
3. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
5. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
6. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of customer experience best practices.
7. Work closely with the customer experience team to implement initiatives that enhance overall client satisfaction.
