Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
2. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
3. Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers promptly
4. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
5. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
6. Play an integral part in collaborating with other teams that will turn into long-lasting relationships
7. Be on chat support and need to talk to clients mostly from the European region
8. Onboard of technicians and customers
9. Work with the CRM tool Hubspot
