You will dive deep into the world of human-centered design to understand the needs and experiences of customers through empathy interviews, journey mapping, jobs-to-be-done analysis, and prototyping. Your insights will be instrumental in crafting solutions that not only meet but also exceed the expectations of our customers
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate closely with our founders to conduct customer interviews and gather insights from stakeholders.
2. Develop comprehensive journey maps that highlight key touchpoints and pain points in the user experience.
3. Utilize the jobs-to-be-done framework to understand the underlying motivations and goals of our target users.
4. Create low-fidelity prototypes to quickly iterate and validate design concepts.
5. Refine and iterate on designs based on feedback, eventually producing high-fidelity prototypes ready for development.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Critical thinking abilities to dissect complex problems and uncover meaningful insights.
4. Adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities.
5. Recent graduate from a relevant degree program such as industrial design, HCI, UX design, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
6. Passion for digital literacy and a demonstrated enthusiasm for research methodologies.
