1. Assist in the development of a results-driven social media strategy that fosters a growing and engaged online community
2. Develop a daily/weekly social media editorial calendar and collaborate closely with our content development team and work with department heads to promote key initiatives on Clocr s social channels
3. Own the community management role on Clocr s active social platforms, including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and Instagram and additional platforms could include YouTube, Pinterest, Quora, and Reddit
4. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in conjunction with our customer success team
5. Develop and curate engaging content for a variety of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, Reddit, etc.) through collaboration with the design, content, and PR teams
6. Engage in social listening practices to determine our share of voice and emerging topics related to our business
7. Monitor and join conversations within social platforms and online communities
8. Explore new channels, platforms, and emerging social media trends that make sense for our brand from channels like Clubhouse to Discord
9. Provide regular recaps and insights on page performances to help optimize local strategy
