About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
2. Design and implement email templates using HTML/CSS and platforms like Mailchimp.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team on content for newsletters and promotions.
4. Conduct market research to inform email strategies.
5. Analyze email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights.
6. Perform A/B testing to optimize email performance.
7. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
8. Maintain and grow the email subscriber list.
9. Support other digital marketing activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
3. Basic HTML/CSS skills for email customization.
4. Strong written communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of on sales).
