About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assess team performance and provide feedback
2. Manage attendance and organize employee events
3. Implement award and reward programs to recognize employee achievements
4. Identify poor performance and develop improvement plans
5. Ensure training programs are organized and of high quality
6. Foster autonomy and freedom in work priorities
7. Monitor team well-being and escalate issues to management if necessary
8. Coordinate with influencers for company growth initiatives
9. Provide support for employees facing personal or work-related challenges
10. Prepare for resignations and manage talent pipelines
11. Ensuring that women who have taken a career break due to social obstructions receive the necessary support and assistance
12. Maintain all the data and files properly

11. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
