We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Employer Outreach Specialist. As an Employer Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of employers by utilizing various outreach methods, including cold emailing, LinkedIn networking, and fostering relationships with potential partners.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct targeted cold email campaigns to prospective employers, introducing our platform and services.
2. Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to connect with potential employers, establish rapport, and present the value proposition of our platform.
3. meeting HR professionals in various companies and participating in HR events
4. Identify new leads and opportunities for employer partnerships.
5. Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new employers to our platform.
6. Track outreach efforts and maintain detailed records of communication and progress.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Other requirements

1. Pursuing a Masters degree in sales

2. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the recruitment sector.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with potential clients.

4. Excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing outreach efforts.
