Export Sales Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in lead generation and qualification: Prospect and qualify leads for export opportunities by utilizing various channels such as online research, outbound calling, and email/WhatsApp marketing. Identify potential clients and opportunities, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, including import-export requirements, industry sector, and potential volume of trade.
2. Support database management: Collaborate with the data management executive to maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in the CRM system or database. Update contact information, notes, and follow-up actions to track the progress of leads and ensure timely communication.
3. Provide feedback and reporting: Share insights with the sales and marketing teams based on prospect interactions, including customer needs, objections, and market trends. Assist in generating reports on call activities, lead conversions, and pipeline progress.
4. Conduct market research: Research and identify potential export and import opportunities in target markets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
