We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven field sales executive to drive corporate outreach and sales for 2-wheeler employee offers in the Bangalore market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and a proactive approach to generating leads and building relationships with corporate clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Meet HR and admin staff at corporate offices to pitch exclusive employee offers for 2-wheelers.
2. Conduct online credit check drives with employees to determine loan eligibility for 2-wheeler purchases.
3. Reach out to corporate decision-makers on LinkedIn, building relationships and securing meetings.
4. Use email marketing to engage corporate clients and generate leads from existing databases.
5. Plan and execute campaigns to maximize participation in credit check drives and conversions.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.
7. Provide feedback and insights from corporate interactions to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B or field sales, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
2. Strong networking abilities, particularly in corporate environments.
3. Proficient in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing techniques.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
