As part of our product development, we are excited to offer an internship for a talented and motivated UI/UX & Figma Design Intern to join our design team and contribute to our web application projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design user interface solutions for web applications using Figma, focusing on optimizing user experience
2. Translate user needs and business objectives into creative design solutions in the form of wireframes
3. Convert wireframes into detailed, high-fidelity designs that are optimized for a responsive environment
4. Participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to user testing
5. Assist in the creation of design documentation and guidelines for development teams
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Web Design, or a related field
2. Strong proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly
4. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
5. Experience in web or app design projects, through coursework, previous internships, or personal projects, is required

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per month).
