The intern will support the design and development of e-learning content using Articulate Storyline. The role includes graphic design tasks to create engaging visuals and multimedia elements, as well as the development of interactive eLearning modules.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements for e-learning modules.
2. Design engaging layouts and interfaces that enhance the learning experience.
3. Ensure all graphic designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
4. Collaborate with instructional designers to understand visual and design needs.
5. Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create and edit visual content.
6. Assist in the development of learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
7. Create interactive and engaging learning activities, quizzes, and assessments.
8. Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, and animations) into learning modules.
9. Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers.
10. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for eLearning content.
11. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for eLearning development.
3. Proficiency in logic-based requirements and graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
4. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline.
5. A basic understanding of instructional design principles and eLearning development.
6. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
7. Previous experience in an eLearning or educational technology environment.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Our films have characters that have unique personalities & quirks and who engage with one another as part of an interesting story. Our product incorporates validated learning through in-film interactions and post-film concept testing for learners. The content is gamified depending on project requirements and includes simple Q&A to complex branching scenarios.
