1. Assisting in recruitment processes, from sourcing to interviewing candidates
2. Conducting orientation sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process

4. Assisting in performance management by conducting evaluations and providing feedback
5. Handling employee relations issues and guiding company policies
6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives
7. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team
