1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and background checks, focusing on IT roles
2. Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
3. Provide support and guidance to employees, addressing inquiries and concerns
4. Conduct regular employee check-ins to maintain a positive work environment
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
7. Organize team-building activities and company events
8. Plan initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale
