Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications to support the recruitment process
2. Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials, conducting orientations, and assisting with paperwork
3. Provide support in employee relations matters, including maintaining employee records, handling inquiries, and assisting with employee events or programs
4. Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and maintaining HR databases
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
6. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees
7. Participate in special projects as assigned by the HR team, which may include research, analysis, and presentation of findings
