Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes Review and assess candidate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring they meet job requirements.
2. Coordinating interviews: Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing communication and logistics to ensure a smooth process.
3. Sourcing candidates: Utilize various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media) to search for and attract potential candidates, building a talent pool for current and future job openings.
4. Conducting initial interviews: Perform preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, providing feedback to the recruitment team.
5. Supporting onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring a positive start for new employees.
