Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Crafting remote engagement & connections
2. Organizing virtual team-building events and recognition programs.
3. Innovating and ideating activities for sync and async engagement
4. Engaging in regular 1:1s with members to identify and address concerns
5. Handling physical (in-office) engagement and outings whenever required
6. Assisting the HR in the induction and onboarding of new joiners
7. Maintaining accurate digital employee records and databases
8. Handling HR-related inquiries and provide virtual support
9. Assisting in HR policy development and implementation
10. Keeping org's HRMS updated
11. Accurately gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours, PF details, and bank accounts
12. Being the communication ambassador by creatively communicating org-wide and sharing our unique culture on social media platforms

This is a remote role but we need candidates who are based out of Mumbai so monthly or quarterly they might have to visit the office for any events or gathering.
