About the work from home job/internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative intern to join our team as a Talent Sourcing and Social Media Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in talent sourcing, job posting, and content creation for our LinkedIn and Instagram pages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think creatively.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates for various mid to senior level roles through online platforms, databases, and networking
2. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates
3. Help in creating engaging and informative content for our company's LinkedIn and Instagram pages to enhance our employer brand and attract potential candidates
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing engagement and followers on social media
5. Assist in conducting initial screenings of candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
6. Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed

Other requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content for social media platforms

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools is a plus

Previous experience in talent sourcing, social media management, or recruitment is desirable but not required
