As a Human Resources Intern at Aventus Capital, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, effective communication, and MS-Excel. You will work closely with the HR team to support various functions and initiatives within the company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings.
2. Providing support in creating and maintaining employee records and documentation.
3. Assisting with onboarding new hires and facilitating orientation sessions.
4. Utilizing MS Excel to organize and analyze HR data for reporting purposes.
