Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and recruit interns using various channels
2. Develop and implement strategies to lower attrition rate
3. Review and update job descriptions and hiring processes regularly
4. Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding processes
5. Monitor intern performance and implement retention strategies
6. Handle HR-related queries and ensure smooth operations
Skills & requirements:
1. Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and talent retention
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Self-driven with excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per hire).
