Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain organizational staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program and hiring candidates as per requirements
2. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
3. Using freelancing websites for Voiceover requirements and assessing quality of submissions with revision notifications, when required.
3. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, to ensure the best practices expected out of the recruits
4. Ensure planning, monitoring, and coordination of projects
5. Conducting filtered searches for domain experts, clients for specific projects and modules
6. Maintaining a database of the relevant connects and updating each contact with the latest status
