Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
2. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records
3. Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation
4. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and assisting in employee recognition programs
5. Assist in HR data management, including maintaining employee records, generating reports, and analyzing data for insights
6. Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees
7. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, such as employee training and development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR analytics
