Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team at Cadworks India Private Limited. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. If you have a strong knowledge of HRIS, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Recruitment, Effective Communication, Client Relationship, Employment Engagement, Training and Development, Time Management, English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), and MS-Office, we want to hear from you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing and updating HRIS, ensuring accuracy of employee information and generating reports
2. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and maintaining candidate database
3. Collaborate with HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
4. Assist in maintaining employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs
5. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Maintain effective communication with employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR documents, drafting emails, and managing employee records
