About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage team members and communicate clear instructions
2. Provide training to team members and conduct onboarding processes
3. Monitor performance and participation of team members
4. Create reports and updates on the progress of team members
5. Listen to feedback and suggestions from team members
6. Manage day-to-day operations
7. Regularly monitor employees, fellows, and interns
8. Conduct performance appraisals
9. Motivate all fellows and interns to align with CGI's vision and mission statement
