About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning and implementing the end-to-end recruitment process, including searching for suitable candidates and understanding the screening process.
2. Communicating with applicants, job seekers, and potential candidates.
3. Conducting HR interviews, sharing feedback with the hiring company, and schedule interviews.
4. Performing managerial and leadership functions within HR, including team building, resource allocation, and fostering a positive work culture.
5. Monitoring and tracking team performance, awarding top performers, supporting struggling team members, and ensuring effective execution of team activities.

1. Participate in training and development activities by HR in various areas, not limited to HR (content writing, public speaking, other educational activities)

2 Maintaining a strong and healthy environment, and do not involve office politics of any kind

3. Creating a powerful and enduring brand for our company, ensuring its prominence and influence

4. Contributing through new ideas, new growth strategies, thinking like an entrepreneur and a true HR who builds and grows the company

5. Finding right clients, employees, employer branding and actively helping the company to steer in right growth path while adhering to compliance.

6. You are expected to do all TYPE1 to TYPE 4 roles. One will be core function, others will be learning functions
