Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
4. Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
7. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs
8. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
