**Job Description: Human Resources Intern (Remote)**

**Location:** Noida, Remote

Vsarv is a dynamic organization dedicated to excellence in Software Development and Digital Marketing. We are seeking a proactive and driven Human Resources Intern to join our team remotely. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR operations and management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Manage daily reports and assessments for the HR team.
3. Act as an executive assistant, handling basic accounting tasks such as salary management.
4. Post job vacancies on various platforms and handle the process from application to shortlisting.
5. Coordinate interview schedules and assist in shortlisting candidates for further rounds.
6. Work closely with the team to compile and analyze daily reports for performance assessment.
7. This is an in-office job with remote work arrangements.
8. Provide executive support to HR managers as required.
9. Familiarize yourself with the CRM system and assist in its management.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Noida locations and its business environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience or education in Human Resources or related field preferred.

**Duration:** Min. 3 Months.

**Note:** This is a remote internship position, however, the candidate should be aware of Noida locations and be able to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.
