Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in financial modeling and analysis to support HR budgeting and forecasting
2. Managing HRIS data and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for payroll and benefits administration
3. Conducting HR analytics to identify trends and patterns for talent management strategies
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance HR branding through social media marketing and digital advertising
5. Supporting recruitment efforts by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
6. Assisting in employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive and seamless experience
7. Contributing to various HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth and development
