About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tracking the recruitment process and updating the system
2. Prepare and post job ads online
3. Help with CV screening and application forms
4. Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
5. Maintain candidate database
6. Talent Management
7. Assist with new hire onboarding
8. Assist in planning surveys
9. Prepare HR-related reports as needed
10. Assist with the employee performance management process
11. Ensure the follow-up on the learning path for the employees
12. Update our internal databases with new employee information
13. Bring new fresh ideas. We are eager to hear what you can propose!

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

5. Prior experience or coursework in human resources or talent acquisition is preferred

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per write-up).
