As a Human Resources (HR) intern at MARS Healthtech, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while supporting our dynamic team. Your English proficiency, content writing skills, knowledge of HRIS, and MS-Office proficiency, developing policies, managing people and communication will be instrumental in contributing to our HR initiatives. Your excellent written and spoken English skills will ensure effective communication within the team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
3. Assist in HRIS data management, including updating employee records and generating reports.
4. Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
6. Support performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience at Mohini Nikam MARS Healthtech.
