Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Updating and maintaining employee records in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance
3. Helping in organizing and conducting orientation and training sessions for new employees
4. Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation
5. Supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
7. Participating in special HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function of the company
