About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions
3. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing virtual events and activities to boost team morale
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information using HR software
5. Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone calls and emails, promoting internship opportunities and answering queries
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
