3. Helping maintain the HRIS database by updating employee information and generating reports
4. Contributing to HR analytics projects by analyzing data and providing insights to improve HR processes

6. Providing administrative support to the HR team with tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing presentations
7. Researching HR best practices and trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments
