Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
2. Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
3. Conducting initial interviews: Assisting in conducting initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with company culture.
4. Coordinating interviews: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
5. Assisting in the selection process: Supporting the HR team in evaluating candidates, collecting feedback from interviewers, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
6. Maintaining recruitment database: Keeping track of candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS) or other tools.
7. Assisting in onboarding: Collaborating with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the company.
8. Supporting recruitment projects: Participating in special recruitment projects or initiatives as assigned by HR leadership, such as employer branding campaigns or campus recruitment events.
