About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Respond to emails and inquiries from job applicants, providing timely and professional communication.
3. Maintain accurate records and databases related to recruitment activities.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders.
7. Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and procedures.

4. Good understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
