Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out the recruitment process, posting a job description, shortlisting candidates, and carrying out interviews in a structured approach as outlined in the company policies
2. Working on the HR policy for organizations like a handbook, and other associated policy documents
3. Working to track & monitor the work of employees/interns at the organization under the guidance of higher authority
4. Assisting with setting objectives, carrying out HR activities on a day-to-day basis, and tracking work progress
5. Working to carry out presentations & brief the team about the work ethics, policies, etc.
6. Assisting with monitoring & managing key performance metrics set by the company to monitor the performance of interns and employees
7. Working on time management
8. Monitoring internal HR systems and database
9. Working to address employees', and interns' queries upon discussion with the management team
10. Assisting with interacting with externals on work assignments
11. Managing alternative assignments based on the requirements of the company
12. Carrying out background verification of potential employees along with the team
