Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Help maintain employee records and databases (e.g., personal information, leave records)
3. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
4. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
5. Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
6. Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned
7. Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet the evolving needs of the organization
8. Conduct job interviews for key positions within the organization, leveraging behavioral and competency-based assessment techniques
9. Manage the new hire orientation and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture and their specific job roles
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company deemed necessary for business development and operational efficiency
